Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years experience in Field Sales
• Advantage if with supervisory experience and area management background
• Strictly with FMCG background
• Advantage if with motorcycle or car but not required

• Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas
• Overseeing client accounts, maintaining reports, and monitoring solution strategies.
• Responsible for serving the needs of existing customers and closing sales deals
• Do competitive intelligence, research, price surveys and Competitor Activities Monitoring
• Prepare and analyze Sales Data for planning and implementation.
• Implements the Plans, Project and Activities directed by the CSM.
• Making sure that all items under his Product Category are present in the list of the customers’ approved SKU.
