10 Weeks Temp Patient Service Associate (Call Centre)
Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm; Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm; Office Hours 5.5 Days
Salary: $10.50/hour
Responsibilities
- Handle appointment booking calls and general enquiries from patients/public
- Provide accurate information and assistance over the phone
- Manage patient feedback and service-related enquiries
- Assist with consultation rates and medical package enquiries
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth call centre operations
- Update patient records and data when required
- Support other ad-hoc duties assigned
