Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN), supporting them with their learning, social, and emotional development.
Assist the student in understanding and engaging with lesson content, ensuring they can follow and participate in classroom activities.
Help the student complete classwork and other academic tasks, offering tailored assistance in a way that suits their learning style.
Support the student’s emotional well-being by offering encouragement, building confidence, and fostering positive relationships.
Adapt learning materials and teaching resources where necessary, to ensure the student’s needs are met.
