180 Recruiter (Office-Based)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, people‑focused individual who wants to break into the recruitment industry with a UK-based client. This is an office‑based role in Centurion and offers a clear development pathway into a 270 recruiter position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted business development to generate new client leads
• Build relationships with UK hiring managers and decision‑makers
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates across multiple roles
• Conduct phone interviews and candidate qualification calls
• Manage parts of the recruitment lifecycle while learning full‑desk responsibilities
• Provide weekly activity and performance updates
• Collaborate with internal team members to meet hiring deadlines
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate and client experience

Requirements

• 180 recruitment experience or proven sales / BD experience
