St. Albans - Office-based with regular site visits

A growing Managed Service Provider is looking for a 1/2 Line IT Support Engineer to join their team. You'll be based in their St. Albans office for the majority of the week, with regular client visits in central London - all travel costs covered. Flexible working hours available (e.g. 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm etc).

This is a hands-on role for someone with MSP experience who takes ownership of their tickets, works well under pressure, and genuinely enjoys solving problems. You'll be part of a supportive team where your development is actively invested in - including funded certifications.
