As a Field Technical Support Engineer at ALTEN Mexico, you will provide expert-level technical support for complex automotive issues , acting as a key technical reference for diagnostics, investigation, and resolution of difficult vehicle repair cases.

• Provide guided expert-level diagnostics to support accurate and timely vehicle repairs.
• Analyze, document, and report technical faults identified in vehicles and diagnostic tools.
• Evaluate support cases related to customer complaints, prior repairs, warranty history, and software status.
