Standardized Patients (Queen's University) Standardized Patients (SPs) assist in the enactment of simulated medical examinations within a clinical setting.

Standardized Patient Program Standardized Patients (SPs) are trained individuals who convincingly act out specific medical scenarios, imitating physical, historical, and emotional characteristics of patients. They participate in simulated interviews and physical examinations to help medical students improve their communication and practical skills. SPs give feedback on how medical students' actions made them feel from the patient's perspective.
