We are seeking a hands‑on, creatively driven 2D & Motion Lead to support the Creative Agency Lead in managing the 2D and motion production stream for our studio's game portfolio. This role is responsible for guiding a team of illustrators, graphic designers, and motion designers to produce high‑impact marketing and user acquisition assets—including key art, social media content, motion graphics, and performance ads for PC, console, and mobile platforms.
As the discipline's primary reference, you will oversee visual design, layout, branding, and motion design. You will balance hands‑on creative execution with leadership duties, ensuring the team maintains high standards of quality, brand consistency, and operational efficiency.
