Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL operational performance for 3P carriers and DSP delivery partners
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize deliveries and CX.
• Program manage new store launches from the last mile perspective
• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels and business objectives are met across all shifts
