  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established meat processing company, is seeking an experienced Abattoir Technical Manager to join their team. As the  Abattoir Technical Manager,  you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of the abattoir, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing best practices for quality control and process improvement.
 
  Responsibilities: 
 Develop and implement strategic technical and food safety plans to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
 Lead and mentor a team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing food quality and safety.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and food safety and quality standards.
 Manage the day-to-day aspects of the site based technical functions and oversee the FSMS systems, ensuring they are effective and up to date.
