Academic counsellor - Renewals

Role Overview

We are hiring Academic Counsellors for the Renewal team to engage with existing students and parents, ensure course continuity, and drive renewals.

Key Responsibilities

1 Connect with existing customers for course renewal

2 Understand student progress and suggest suitable continuation plans

3 Handle calls and follow-ups for renewals

4 Build strong relationships with parents and students

5 Achieve monthly renewal targets

Requirements

1 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

2 Experience in sales / counselling / retention preferred

3 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4 Good convincing and relationship management skills
