This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing personnel, coordinating site operations, maintaining schedules, and ensuring customer requirements are met.

- Lead and supervise acceptance testing activities at customer and project sites.
- Manage daily operations, schedules, manpower, and workflow to ensure project milestones and delivery commitments are achieved.
