Account Assistant

Crane Craft Transport General Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support the finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with daily accounting activities, and supporting reporting and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions and journal entries
• Prepare, issue and file invoices accurately and on time
• Manage and monitor petty cash transactions and records
• Track and follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Maintain proper filing systems and financial documentation
• Support VAT preparation, filing and compliance activities
