Role Focus

Day‑to‑day lead of a strategically‑minded high‑profile client as part of the International Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Lead day‑to‑day contact for a dedicated portfolio of high‑profile healthcare brands liaising internally and externally (also with agency partners)
  • Understand both strategic thinking and project delivery, and be able to flex nimbly between the two
  • High emotional intelligence, able to read a room and adapt communication for different audiences and cultures
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, and able to communicate with confidence at all levels
  • Conveys ideas and information in an effective and clear, concise manner, verbally and in writing, in individual and group situations
