Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned Structured Finance portfolio ensuring compliance with corporate, SBA, and USDA standards
- Review and process loan advances for various credit facilities and coordinate with third-party vendors
- Conduct ongoing credit assessments and monitor account performance to identify emerging risks
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners
- Oversee problem loans and develop workout strategies to protect portfolio performance
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and regulatory agencies like SBA and USDA
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual portfolio reviews to leadership
- Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong financial acumen
