Account Executive
To manage our company's financial records and accounting processes. In this role, you will perform the duties of a company accountant ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately, compliance standards are met, and GST. Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
Accounts Payable/Receivable:
Manage the end-to-end AP and AR processes, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and debt recovery.
GST & Tax Compliance:
Handle quarterly GST submissions, corporate tax filings, and ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
Audit & Internal Controls:
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for year-end audits and ensure robust internal financial controls are in place.
