Job Description
We are currently seeking an Account Handler to join our friendly team at our Hoddesdon site on a 12 month fixed term basis!
Salary: £26,000 per annum.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-15:30 or 08:15-16:15 or 09:00-17:00.
As an Account Handler you will be the first point of contact for clients to address/resolve queries and issues as they arise.
Key Duties of an Account Handler:
To respond professionally, promptly and with precision to requests and queries from the Client.
Mitigate the impact of any errors by reporting potential claims at the earliest opportunity.
Generate Daily / Weekly / Monthly Service and compliance reports.
Follow established procedures and protocols regarding all loads to ensure the integrity of the load and our brand.
Resolve any identified discrepancies in documentation before sending to clients.
