We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Sales Account Manager to drive business growth in the Datacom market, with a focus on AI server, switch, and high speed interconnect applications. This role requires the ability to understand customer system architectures, promote Molex solutions, and win new design opportunities together with internal cross functional teams.

What You Will Do
Develop a deep understanding of the Datacom and AI infrastructure market, especially server and switch hardware applications.
Proactively promote Molex connectivity solutions, engage with key decision makers, and drive design ins to achieve sales revenue targets.
Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders at customer accounts.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities; secure profitable design wins with support from global product divisions.
