Your role

You act as a key interface between customers and internal teams, combining commercial development with operational coordination.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts,
  • Build strong relationships with customers and identify growth opportunities,
  • Anticipate customer needs and align them with LACROIX capabilities,
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (program management, supply chain, quality, purchasing…),
  • Support customer visits, audits and site tours,
  • Contribute to sales pipeline development and marketing initiatives,
  • Ensure follow-up of ongoing projects in collaboration with program management.
