Client Management and Development Receive client briefs, provide consultation, and propose communications and event solutions aligned with client needs and budgets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide ongoing account support, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Project Management and Financial Performance Take responsibility for the timelines, quality, and financial performance, including profit and loss, of assigned accounts. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, while monitoring outstanding receivables and payment status. Internal Coordination Coordinate with the Creative, Content, Planning, and Production teams to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with commitments made to clients.
