DCX is looking for a proactive and highly organized Home-Based Account Manager to support a growing U.S.-based client in the custom apparel and promotional products industry.

This role is focused on managing an existing portfolio of client accounts — ensuring projects move smoothly from order initiation to completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, coordinating projects, and keeping operations on track, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

🚫 This is NOT an outbound sales role.

You’ll be managing existing client relationships, supporting ongoing orders, and helping accounts grow through excellent service and execution.
