- Client Onboarding and Relationship Kickoff
- Welcome new customers after contract signature and serve as their main point of contact during onboarding
- Lead kickoff calls to gather operational details, align on goals, and set onboarding timelines
- Build strong rapport early to ensure high engagement and trust
- System Setup and Configuration Configure the client's environment based on their business model (transportation, tours, charters, etc.)
