Ensure business activities are in full compliance with company policies, EHS standards, and local regulations.
Customer Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of the customers for assigned key footwear OEM/accounts, build trust and maintain long-term relationship with key external stakeholders.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address customer needs through proactive communication and support.
Explore new customers along the value chain in the Asia Pacific region.
Propose and execute sales forecasts and account plans.
Manage account receivable and debaters as well as ensure the ensure the delivery of the product stewardship.
Revenue and Growth
Deliver footwear sales budget and revenue goals.
