1. Identifying opportunities and develop plans to win them

2. Provide technical expertise to customers to help them solve technical issues with the applications, products or other technical related problems

3. Closely maintain relationship with customers and key accounts

4. Work closely with finance & operation to improve AR and Inventory respectively

5. Find new opportunities in covered regions and seize new business via value selling to increase market share of HB Fuller in this area.

6. Improve customer satisfaction and increase value of HB Fuller.

7. Work together with technical department and technical service to reach budget for business in the assigned sales area.

8. Prepare and submit accurate monthly business sales report, project update report and sales forecast on a timely basis as required by Sales Manager.
