We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager with a strong background in bookkeeping to manage multiple client accounts using QuickBooks . If you enjoy working with numbers and people, this role offers a great mix of both.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for assigned clients using QuickBooks
• Serve as the main point of contact for your clients
• Build trusted relationships and ensure clients feel supported
• Communicate via email, phone, chat, and virtual meetings
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Analyze financial data and provide clear, actionable insights
• Stay current on accounting standards and best practices
