- Maintain complete project-wise accounting, billing, and payment records

- Handle project/site expense tracking and profitability reporting

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review

- Billing preparation, client submission, payment follow-up, and reconciliation

- Weekly reconciliation of client billing, payments, and pending receivables

- Maintain site-wise attendance, labour records, and expense coordination
