Job Title: Accounts Executive (GST Billing)

Job Overview

1.Invoicing: Generate accurate GST invoices, debit/credit notes, and e-way bills.

2.Accounting: Manage daily sales and purchase entries, ledger updates, and vendor reconciliations.

3.Documentation: Systematically organize and maintain physical and digital bills, vouchers, and records

Location: Railway Pathak, Valivade Road, opp. Hare-Madhav Satsang Bhavan, Chinchwad, Kolhapur, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time (On-site / Regular Attendance)

Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Experience: 1+ years

Requirements:

1.Attendance: Strict adherence to regular daily attendance and the 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM shift.

2.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally (any other accounting software)..

3.Domain Knowledge: Clear understanding of GST billing rules...
