DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record all financial transactions accurately and promptly into the accounting system, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with tax regulations by maintaining accurate records and providing necessary documentation for tax filing purposes.
• Maintain organized and accessible financial records, ensuring documentation is readily available for audit and review purposes.
• Process accounts payable transactions by verifying invoices, obtaining approvals, and preparing payments. Manage accounts receivable activities including invoicing, recording receipts, and following up on outstanding balances.
