About the Role
XCEED is evolving. We are moving away from manual, spreadsheet-heavy workflows and external dependency toward a fully internalized, tech-driven financial engine. As our Accountant, you will lead the charge in migrating our accounting from external providers to a modern cloud-native ERP. You will own the source of truth for our financial data, ensuring that every transaction—from event organizer settlements to cross-border VAT—is captured with precision and scalability.
What will you do
- Process Design: Architect the internal accounting structure from scratch. Move us away from Excel/Google Sheets and into automated, system-driven workflows.
- Lead the ERP Migration: Transition our accounting function from Sistemi to a modern, cloud-native Italian ERP (e.g., TeamSystem, Zucchetti, or AdHoc).
