Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting Operations & Record Keeping
- Maintain accounting records for inventory and fixed assets.
- Record daily accounting transactions for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounts.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other accounting balances.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

2. Billing & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare billing documents, invoices, tax invoices, receipts, and related supporting documents.
- Verify billing documents to ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer billing processes and monitor payment collections.
