Responsibilities- External vendor payments – prepare External Vendor proposal, review and approve.
- Review open item report sent by Payment Hub team/Conduent team, match both the reports and confirm to Conduent to process the payments that are due.
- Ensure all other payments such as tax payments and statutory payments are paid within the due date.
- Coordinate for any queries or issues and ensure they are resolved.
- Intercompany payments – review and approve intercompany proposal, ensure all amounts match, prepare proposal and ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
- Vouching – ensure all vouching is made correctly in SAP for benefits.
