Our organization, a stable yet growing company, is searching for an experienced Accountant at our Queretaro facility.
**Position Overview**:
The Accountant will support the financial operations of the Querétaro office, ensuring compliance with Mexican accounting standards (NIF), tax regulations (SAT), and labor laws while collaborating with external accounting firm Tello.
This role involves general accounting, financial reporting, banking, and payroll-related tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial processes in alignment with corporate policies and Mexican regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain general ledger (GL) records, process journal entries, and perform account reconciliations.
- Verify supplier payments, manage cash flow, and reconcile bank accounts.
- Review expense coding, intercompany transactions, and financial statements.
