We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible Account Payable Executive to support the fiancé team on a 3-months contract basis. The role primarily focuses on supplier invoice matching and posting, as well as processing staff expenses claims accurately and timely. You will report to the Finance Manager, APAC. This opportunity will be 100% based in Biopolis office at Buona Vista, 5 days work week. 
What you will do: 
Invoice Processing: Perform 3-way matching for supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt documents.
Data Entry: Verify supporting documents, ensure proper approvals, and accurately post entries into your ERP (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle).
