Aligned Outsource, Inc. is seeking a qualified Staff Accountant - CPA for its client, a U.S. Based

Accounting Firm.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Staff Accountant to support a

US-based public accounting firm. The position involves a mix of tax preparation and audit

support work, with responsibilities that flex based on seasonality. The Staff Accountant will

work closely with the firm’s partner and existing onshore staff.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.

● Perform audit preparation and support work, including workpapers, reconciliations, and

supporting schedules, and perform basic auditing procedures

● Flex between tax and audit work based on the seasonal demands of the firm.

● Follow established firm processes, and maintain strong attention to detail across all
