Accounting & Administrative Coordinator | Venezuela | Hybrid

We are looking for an Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to manage end-to-end financial operations and administrative support in Venezuela.

This is a key local role with high visibility, responsible for ensuring compliance, handling daily accounting processes, and supporting multiple business areas.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage Accounts Payable processes (POs, invoices, payments, accounting entries)

  • Support tax compliance and financial reporting (Venezuela)

  • Coordinate with banks, vendors and payroll providers

  • Provide administrative support across teams

  • Ensure accuracy and control in financial operations

  • We’re looking for:

  • Public Accountant with 3–5 years of experience

  • Strong knowledge of Venezuelan taxes (mandatory)

  • Experience in accounting operations + Excel
