Accounting Analyst - LATAM

As the Finance & Business Support Team we are not a cog in the wheel in Insider One but the builders of the wheels.

What You Will Do

• Recording all financial documents such as invoices, bank statements, and payment records into the Oracle NetSuite ERP system on a monthly basis and performing monthly closing procedures
• Tracking vendor invoices and ensuring that all supplier invoices are recorded under the correct cost centers
• Reviewing and approving personal expense reports submitted by employees
• Preparing payment plans and sharing them with the payments team for execution
• Sharing recorded financial documents regularly with accounting and tax consultants
• Performing monthly trial balance checks and account reconciliations in collaboration with accounting and tax consultants
