Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the daily operations of the accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
In this role you will:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients. Receive and review vendor bills and prepare checks or payments for processing.
