Accounting Associate

The Medical City Clinic is looking for Income Associate

This role is responsible for keeping financial records, preparing bills and assisting in day to day transaction of Income Section

Job Description:

• Receives documents from satellite Clinic
• Daily Cashier's Report with attached Official Receipts, Credit Card Transaction Slip, OR proof of List and Deposit Slips
• Duplicate copy of Charge Slip and Official Receipt
• Daily Census Summary, duly approved
• Refund Slip/ Credit Memo and original Official Receipt
• Classifies daily income transactions and gets total of Cash, Receivables, Discount, Rental Income, Doctor's Fee
• Prepares summary of income for the month
• Computes doctors fee
• Prepares supporting computations for quarterly output tax
• Prepares monthly adjustment report
• Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
