ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE
Starting base salary CAD$42,000 – 57,000

As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for processing invoices and credit notes and maintaining accurate accounting records. Experience in Accounts Receivable or Billing is highly desirable.
What you will be doing
Prepare and send accurate invoices with supporting documents to clients using Netsuite, Excel, and Outlook
Enter billing information into accounting systems
Prepare customer transaction and funding reports
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, inquiries, and tickets in a timely manner
