Responsibilities:
· Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable
· Cash handling/ Reimbursements
· ERP Experience
· Data entry on purchase orders
· Bank Reconciliations
· Filing
· Processing invoices for daily check runs
· Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval for payment
· Perform 3-way matching (verifying supplier invoices by comparing them with purchase orders and delivery receipts)
· Maintains all AP reports and spreadsheets
