**About the Role**The Payments COE (Center of Excellence) Manager will be instrumental in building and scaling Uber's newly established Payments Operations COE.This team's mission is to standardize, streamline, and enhance the core processes that support the Payments Service Provider (PSP) lifecycle across Uber's global ecosystem.As one of the founding members, you'll help shape the COE's long-term strategy, drive process excellence, and enable automation and tooling to ensure scalability.
**What you'll do**- Design, document, and optimize key business processes related to PSP contract visibility, onboarding, integration, and performance monitoring.
