Accounting Executive, Faculty Partnership & Solutions Team in the Finance and Enterprises Office (Ref.: 536230)

The Role

The appointee will assist in the following areas:
handling various finance functions for Faculties and Departments;

general accounting duties such as budgetary control, payments and receipts processing, and journal entries preparation and posting;

preparing statement of account for funding bodies;

some data entry and clerical work; and

any other accounting duties as required.
Qualifications and Qualities 
minimum Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, OR 5 passes in HKCEE including English (minimum Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics;

at least 1 year’s work experience, preferably in accounting, auditing, and/or banking;
