We are looking for an Accounting Manager for a manufactuting company, ensuringaccurate financial operations, strong governance, and process optimization.Key Responsibilities Lead and develop Accountingteams (incl. Intercompany & R2 R Supervisors) Oversee Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Month-End Close & Reporting Ensuretimely and accurate financial transactions Monitor KPIs & SLAs Driveautomation, standardization, and continuous improvement Supportaudits and compliance Profile ~ Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting ~8+ yearsexperience (3+ leading teams) ~ Strong knowledge of Accounting process ~ Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) ~ Fluent English
