Responsibilities

• Manage accounting function of the group
• Timely release of the recurring financial statements for management reporting and weekly reports
• Easy finalization of the audited financial statements
• Assist in the completion of the report for the stockholders
• Ensure prompt submission of reports and payments to various government agencies
• Ensure internal control measures are observed
• Continuous improvement of financial controls, processes and policies, re-implement new ERP
• Produce simple documentation in the accounting process to avoid errors due to staff turnover
• Cash management function
• To be carried out with coordination with Finance Director
