Accounting manager

Responsibilities Direct and organize the Mexican and U. S. accounting functions of the companies and their divisions. Establish annual plans for the Financial Accounting function. Ensure compliance with the companies’ tax obligations in Mexico and the United States. Prepare and review accounting procedures and request modifications to procedures in other areas that are related to Accounting, Coordinate and provide information to the Controller, and coordinate the same with Materials, Purchasing, Quality, Customs, and othercompany departments. Prepare the company’s cash flow, based on sales forecasts, collection and supplier payment policies, bank commitments, and companyfunding requirements in Mexico or the United States. Report monthly to the corporate office in Japan the financial statements and other reports requested periodically or on a special basis.
