POSITION: ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FOR PERC)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicates the direction of the management and its goals to General Accounting.
- Sets team annual targets based on Division/Department KPIs and vision of the Business Unit Finance Head
- Oversees day-to-day operations of General Accounting.
- Evaluate the individual performance of the team members being managed
- Ensures compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other government requirements
- Coordinates with Tax, Legal, and Audit Division in closing any BIR, SEC, LGU, or any regulatory body open cases
- Prepares financial reports and/or data analytics for management and/or regulatory bodies
- Conceptualizes process improvement projects for teams and serves as the project champion
- Signs off on accountability clearance of resigned/separated employees.
