Accounting Manager
Job Summary
The Accounting Manager reports to the Finance Director of Corporate Accounting and is responsible for leading the Company's day‑to‑day accounting operations while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger. This hands‑on leadership role oversees the monthly close process and core accounting functions, including payroll, operating expenses, capital expenditures, fixed assets, cash, and bank account reconciliations.
The Accounting Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Finance Director with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and internal/external financial reporting by delivering timely, accurate financial information, maintaining strong internal controls, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who is equally comfortable managing a team and performing hands‑on accounting work focused on driving efficient and effective accounting operations.
