Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee daily operations of the accounting department. The ideal candidate will manage financial reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and lead a team in delivering accurate and timely financial data. This position plays a key leadership role in process improvement and internal controls.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and mentor the accounting team while maintaining strong team dynamics
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with Philippine Accounting Standards
Monitor and validate revenue, expenses, A/R, A/P, disbursements, and general ledger
Oversee cash flow management and coordinate budget preparation
