Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, Accounting Manager/Supervisor (Japanese & English bilingual), is responsible for statutory accounting, financial controls, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for Japan operations. The position partners closely with shared services and regional finance teams to support month-end closing, audits, and compliance.

Description:

Ensure timely, accurate and complete recording of transactions, to facilitate P&L and Balance Sheet reviews and account reconciliations

Support the month end and year end close process

Support of year-end financial audit

Support process improvements efforts and documentation of workflows

Ad hoc analysis and special projects.

Ensure compliance to General Affairs Policy and Procedures (GAPP)
