About the role:
The Accounting Manager / Supervisor will lead the day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities (for-profit and non-profit) within the Health Admins group. This role ensures timely and accurate month-end closes, high-quality documentation, and audit-ready financial statements. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, leadership skills, and a process-oriented mindset to elevate the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Oversight & Month-End Close
Own and manage the month-end close process across all entities (CA, Sedera, PH, HA, Tru).
Review journal entries, reconciliations, and trial balances prepared by staff accountants.
Develop, implement, and maintain a standardized close calendar and checklist for all entities.
Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and reviewed monthly.
